Complete in one session: Your application progress cannot be saved, so have everything ready before you start.
Application fee: Payment is required to submit your application.
Required documents: You’ll need a valid form of identification and proof of income.

What to prepare:

Three years of residential history, including landlord names and contact information
Details on your monthly gross income (most properties require combined income ≥ 2 × rent)
A separate application for every occupant age 18 or older

Rental criteria:

Credit score of at least 650
Combined monthly income ≥ 2 × monthly rent (unless otherwise approved by the Property Manager)
Rental history with on-time payments, no outstanding debt, and no lease violations
No open or outstanding bankruptcies within the last seven years
No unresolved rental balances or collection accounts
No prior evictions (automatic denial, no exceptions)
No felonies within the past seven years and no more than three misdemeanors within any one-year period
No history on a sex-offender registry (automatic denial, no exceptions)
